In 2018, I started working on a bachelor's thesis under the guidance of Professor Borowik. During this period, I pushed myself to the limit of my abilities and skills. The selected canvas size, 150x100cm, was my first experience with large formats at that time.

Prayer is not to God, but to yourself, your soul. In search of answers, turning my attention inward, I move from the storm to its center.
The external world, images, ideologies, philosophies do not provide answers, but sometimes point to them. The answer is hidden in the most obscure place. I listen, I explore, I understand.

The strength of aspiration to the depths, to the bones, leaked inside! I won't stop, I won't stop! I'll get what I'm looking for!
This painting was created in several stages.
The first layer is the "Picture of Society" project. It took place on the streets of Krakow in 2017. Passers-by came up and freely wrote whatever they wanted on the canvas with whatever colors they wanted. More than 300 people took part in the project. Then an abstraction was created on the canvas, which reflects the spirit of freedom, rebellion, the desire to go beyond the imposed restrictions of society and to know oneself and find one's own path.
The body of the heroine pushes this space, breaks through it.
He chooses not to move according to the prescribed program, but to become himself. I choose myself!
There are cuts on the canvas, the previous layer breaking through, this raises the question: does the event and the past really hurt us, or do we want to be hurt?
